板狀剛玉生產(chǎn)流程：

1.原材料

使用60#澳洲鋁粉，加入陶瓷球磨機(jī)研磨成380#的細(xì)粉

球磨機(jī)為瓷球磨，內(nèi)置瓷球的直徑是30.40.50毫米

2.制作生球

380#細(xì)粉加水后，進(jìn)入成球筒制球

生球規(guī)格：直徑2.4cm min

制球時(shí)間：3小時(shí)左右

3.生球烘干

烘干設(shè)備：天然氣烘干塔

烘干時(shí)間：22小時(shí)

烘干標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：水分0.5% min
